This condo has a well-equipped updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The master king bedroom has beautiful furniture with a private bathroom. The twin guest bedroom has access to a full bathroom in the hall. You can sleep 2 additional guests on the queen sleeper sofa. After a full day of playing or shopping, enjoy your favorites movies on the 55” TV in the living room. The master bedroom has cable TV and the guest bedroom has a TV for watching movies only.

We liked the unit. Had just the basics. Liked being on the ground floor in and out. A few things that need to be improved. Air conditioner does not work in master bedroom. Nothing comes out of the vent so the room gets very warm. Luckily it wasn’t that had a side but if it was summer, this would be a problem. no salt or pepper in the kitchen. A lot of rentals have this. Was a bummer when I went to Cooke because I forgot it my problem. The outdoor furniture was so rusty. We were afraid to sit in it thought it would collapse and was missing one of the four chairs. Took four of us 30 minutes to figure out how to work the shower. There should be a sign you have to pull on the tub Spicket underneath it’s a circle where the water comes out. Thought we weren’t going to be able to take a shower lol. Would stay here again.

Property was very clean and decorated nicely. It is in the first floor so no ocean view but it was easy to walk out to the pool and the beach. There are about 40 steep stairs to the beach. The toilets have not been upgraded to low flow so they are very low. The sofa also is very cushy so you sink in and have difficulty getting up. Individual boxes of lotion, shampoo, soap, etc along with detergent, etc in the kitchen

We've got a young family. We were initially really excited about the lack of small adornments that would attract small hands, however, we found several electric outlets in disrepair (some outlet covers cracked or severely broken). We found several dishes in the cupboard that had not been cleaned, although an additional run through the dishwasher tended to that. Appliances were updated and all functioning well. We found having the extra grass space right off the patio to be a very welcome extension for our kiddos. It would have been nice to have additional seating outside.

My first time Florida Seagrove Beach!
What a beautiful beach and Seaside. The location of the condo was perfect! We were able to unload at the front door as we had ground floor condo!
Easy access to beach and pool! Shopping within walking distance.
The condo needed a good cleaning, seemed poorly kept. The kitchen needs plastic bowls and large frying pan. No smart TV , or tv in the second bedroom . Overall the stay was great !
