About this house rental

Granby grove town house is perfect for large families, groups of friends or even for corporate accommodation with massive savings available in comparison to hotels!! We can accommodate up to 8 persons (plus infants - one travel cot is provided).

Our bedrooms can have the beds made up as 1 double per room or two singles.

The house is a short walk from the Southampton university and public transport links to all over Southampton City

This awful property had potential, but was severely lacking in giving us a home-away-from-home feeling. The photos looked good but were a severe misrepresentation of what we actually got. Broken toilet seat, doors that didn't work properly, damaged carpet. Dirty fridge & microwave. Many disgusting cigarette butts strewn on the back patio. Tiniest TV ever. Mold in the bathroom! and the shower was right in front of the street-facing window (with no blinds)The smell of the property was horrible & overpowering, it actually gave my child a sinus problem. Parking was also horrible. The street needs a permit to park and one was not supplied. *This place was so bad that we actually had to move to another property half way through our stay, and the owners didn't care how bad it was despite us contacting them multiple times.* If you want to vacation in student accommodation, with crack-house curtains, dirty walls, trash in the front and back gardens, this will suit you well. For those wanting something worthwhile, DO NOT STAY HERE!
