About this house rental

This stunning 3 bedroom house with large family bathroom and separate toilet has been furnished immaculately and is ideal for professional sharers or families. Within very close proximity of Southampton General Hospital and a 15 minute walk from Southampton City Centre and train station this property is ideally situated for people who have come to holiday, work or visit Southampton and the surrounding areas. The New Forest is within a fifteen minute drive!

The property was good for what we needed but there were a few discrepancies with the listing. One of the room had bunk beds not two single beds, which still worked okay but wasn’t ideal. The garden is quite over grown which wasn’t ideal for little children. Really good communication with the owner and a good location, the water pressure was great. The house was clean and all the bedding and towels were clean.

The house was nice, but the photos on VRBO show it staged with pretty colors - it doesn't look like that and it doesn't really matter, it's just an observation. BUT it served our purposes well. Also the listing states that there is a dryer, as in a machine; we did not find one. There is s clothesline and the weather was good, so that worked out well. It has a nice big refrigerator and freezer. The neighborhood is nice with a big market a few blocks away.
