All-inclusive cottage (except tourist tax) of approximately 90m² on one level, adjoining the owners' house, on a 12-hectare wooded plot with a pond.
Entrance hall with laundry area (washing machine, dryer, freezer). Living room with table and chairs, lounge area with sofa, armchairs, and flat-screen TV. Equipped kitchen: filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, 4-burner gas stove, oven, etc. Shower room with walk-in shower, sink, and heated towel rail. Separate toilet with sink. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (80x200). Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed (90x200). Ping-pong table and leisure equipment (boules, balls, rackets, etc.). Private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, etc. Separate entrance. Covered carport. Bicycle and equipment storage available.
