We welcome you to our cosy gîte in the heart of our beautiful Sologne.
Located 30 minutes from Chambord, 10 minutes from Center Parcs, 2 hours from Paris and 15 minutes from the A71 motorway, come and recharge your batteries in the heart of a typical Solognot village with a bakery, a grocery store and a gourmet restaurant.
Brick house of 55 m2 independent on one level completely renovated at the beginning of 2020 and tastefully decorated (flea market, second hand spirit), composed of a fully equipped fitted kitchen, open to the living room equipped with a BZ sofa, 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom with double sink, a large shower, 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, 1 separate toilet, a terrace with 1 garden furniture, 1 parasol and a barbecue on a plot of 4,000 m2 with trees.
Cleaning is not included, please do it before your departure. Option possible on request.
A private parking space in front of the cottage.
Close to the Loire Valley castles (Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Chenonceau, La Ferté Saint Aubin...), the Beauval Zoo, Center Parcs, the F.F.E. of Lamotte-Beuvron, and communal ponds (Beaumont, Malzoné, Etang du Puits).
