About this house rental
CHECK AVAILABILITY BEFORE BOOKING
Gîte at La Ferme de Pan of about 85 m2 for six people including:
Large living room with wood stove, lounge area with flat screen TV, equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, toasters, filter coffee maker and Nespresso).
Three bedrooms all with a 160x200 bed.
Bathroom (two sinks and shower).
Separate toilet.
Outdoor terrace (with teak garden furniture, barbecue) overlooking the garden and pool.
Our guests will have access to the 5m x 12m natural filtration swimming pool shared between the 4 cottages.
Our cottages have been restored with respect for the old buildings with natural materials (lime, hemp, cork, old terracotta tiles...).
The four cottages are located at the Ferme de Pan in Pruniers-en-Sologne, an organic goat farm with cheese processing in AOP Selles-sur-Cher.
Come and watch the milking and enjoy our shop where we sell our production (cheeses, yoghurts) but also organic and local products.
You can also enjoy the 30 hectares of our property and the many rural paths directly from the farm. 🚴♀️🏃♀️🏃🚶♀️🚶
Visit the Sologne: its majestic forests, its picturesque villages, the banks of the Cher 🚣, the famous Zooparc de Beauval 🐼 and of course the countless castles of the Loire 🏰 including Cheverny, Chambord, Blois, Selles-sur-Cher, Valencay...
Cleaning fee 60€
Linen rental option at 10€/person (sheets, towels, dish towels)
Tourist tax: to be calculated according to the number of adults and children
The rental price includes an electricity package of 8kvA per person, plus consumption billed at the exit.
Weekly booking during the summer holidays and a minimum of 2 nights outside school periods
