About this cottage rental
All on the ground floor: living room (sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet, one bedroom (two single beds), one bedroom (one double bed) with shower room, one bedroom (two single beds). This cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Central heating included. Carport. Fishing on site in the Sauldre river which borders the property (canoeing possible). If you bring a pet: cleaning fee €90. Only one pet is allowed, subject to prior agreement with the owner. Leisure facilities available: Indoor games: card games, board games, construction sets (like large Lego), books, puzzles... Outdoor games: ball, table tennis, swing set (swing, slide, rope ladder), badminton, pétanque... 35 minutes from the main Loire Valley castles and Beauval Zoo, near Romorantin, in the heart of the Sologne region, in a former sheepfold, this detached house is located opposite the owners' residence and has a private, unfenced garden with no overlooking neighbors.
The price does not include: Firewood.
