The house has everything you need for a family holiday. The pool was delicious and the surrounding countryside was beautiful for walks and cycling and some running. The bakery in the village is very yummy. We loved staying at this house and have many happy mementoes. Thank you Mr and Mrs Charos and Madame Henry.

the swimming pool and the really quiet surrounding is the magic of this place. They also have all the necessary equipment you need today. You can go for a hike directly outside you own gate but there are also plenty of other opportunities in the neighborhood.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks, welcomed by the house keepers who showed us around and made us feel welcome. We felt relaxed and at home here, property was well equipped swimming was amazing and kept well, the housekeepers popped in to maintain it but never disturbed us. Thankyou for an amazing holiday the time just flew by.A must is to visit the zoo which is about an hour away, best zoo I have ever been too.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks, welcomed by the house keepers who showed us around and made us feel welcome. We felt relaxed and at home here, property was well equipped swimming was amazing and kept well, the housekeepers popped in to maintain it but never disturbed us. Thankyou for an amazing holiday the time just flew by. A must is to visit the zoo which is about an hour away, best zoo I have ever been too.

Quiet and pretty location, plenty of parking. House needs a little de cluttering, a little quirky. Not luxurious as described, comfortable, needs a little attention! Lights bulbs, several needed changing, lampshade missing, shower door a little loose. Due to floods in June, many restuarants closed and bakery! Great bistro with fantastic service. Good welcome when we arrived but language was hard as we don't speak French we had to speak to owner on the telephone. Pool a good size, felt the sides of the pool could have been cleaned and garden could do with some love We felt the property maybe over priced as this was not a luxury property as described! Lots of lovely towns with many chateaux's, walks along the river, cycling fantastic! This area had lots to explore, great wine at very reasonable prices.

Nous venons de passer deux semaines dans ce gîte. Idéal pour se reposer , jardin arboré tres bien entretenu, piscine au top avec un entretien fait tous les deux jours par une personne tres sympathique. La maison est agréable, au niveau de l équipement rien ne manque. Les sanitaires sont impeccables. Idéal pour passer un sejour en famille ou entre amis et visiter les châteaux de la Loire et même le zoo de beauval. Au tour de la maison de belle promenades dans les bois. Un véhicule est cependant indispensable pour aller faire les courses.

Un peu loin de tout, idéal pour visiter les châteaux. Séjour nature au calme ,la maison es bien équipée mais aurait besoin d'un bon nettoyage de printemps . Beaucoup de moustiques ! De belles randonnées sont à faire ,la piscine es un gros plus, malheureusement nous n'avons pas eut le temps adequat à l'utilisation de celle ci. Je la recommande.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et reposante dans cette maison calme à l'entrée de la forêt propice aux balades, courses à pied et vélo. Nous avons pu grandement profiter la piscine chauffé tout au long de la semaine. Le couple qui s'occupe de la maison sait être présent quand nous en avions eu besoin sans jamais nous déranger. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement!

La maison est conforme à l’annonce. Malheureusement des soucis avec l’eau de piscine qui était trouble. L’amélioration a été tentée mais sans succès. Nous n’avons pas rencontré la propriétaire mais des gardiens sont disponibles sur place. Des ventilateurs pour les chambres sous comble seraient utiles avec la chaleur estivale. ( Même sans canicule, ça peut être un plus!) Des compléments en plats pour cuisiner pourraient faciliter les préparations (maniques absentes, rouleau pâtisserie, sauteuse...) La propreté de la vaisselle, grille de barbecue, dessous de lit et poussière est légère ( peut être fait rapidement) mais les lits étaient fait et bien propres. Le linge de maison aussi. La bouteille d’accueil était agréable. Le code wifi à rallonge devient pénible à retaper à la longue compte tenu des coupures de wifi réccurente. Le simplifier pourrait être judicieux. Le cadre extérieur et la proximité du château de Chambord est vraiment un plus.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Samelière où nous avons été reçus chaleureusement par Sylvie et Didier qui sont des gens exceptionnels de gentillesse, de disponibilité et de dévouement. Nous avons fortement apprécié l’extrême propreté du gîte et de ses extérieurs et avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'un temps d'été et donc de profiter pleinement de la piscine. La véranda est une réelle plus-value pour cette maison solognote aux poutres apparentes. Tout est prévu pour que le séjour se passe bien : les lits sont faits, tous les produits de première nécessité sont à disposition, avec un bouquet de fleurs fraîchement coupées et une bouteille de bienvenue au frigo. A cela, ajoutez le chant des oiseaux, le criaillement du faisan et l'environnement arboré à proximité des châteaux de la Loire (aux portes de Chambord) et nous voilà transportés au calme loin des tracas citadins.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances de Pâques 2019 dans cette très agréable maison en Sologne. Nous avons pu visiter facilement les châteaux de la Loire (Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, Chenonceaux, etc) qui se trouvent à proximité de la maison. La véranda et le vaste jardin sont particulièrement agréables et le barbecue est à disposition pour profiter de l'excellente viande du boucher situé dans le village de La Ferté Saint Cyr à 2 km. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par la propriétaire et reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de prochaines vacances.

Se retrouver dans un coin isolé dans une maison accueillante et très confortable : voilà ce que nous recherchions et ce que nous avons trouvé à la Samelière. On s'y retrouve "comme à la maison" avec un confort très appréciable. C'est un petit havre de paix. Situé en pleine Sologne c'est un point de départ merveilleux pour en découvrir les richesses culturelles, naturelles et gastronomiques. L'accueil y est chaleureux comme en témoigne le feu de cheminée qui nous a accueilli. merci à Madame Henry-Labonne Madame Massicart et à Mr Verdure !
