About this house rental
Ideally located between the Château de Chambord and the Beauval Zoo, this accommodation offers calm and relaxation.
It is located in the heart of a small town in Sologne. A stone's throw from a bakery and a bar restaurant offering the grocery store of 1st necessity.
The accommodations are equipped to accommodate 8 people. However, two of its most spacious bedrooms can accommodate extra beds to transform into a family room (total capacity 12 people).
The accommodation
This accommodation, consisting of 4 bedrooms, is intended for 8 adults and 4 children.
This is a large house of 130m2 including a large entrance, a fitted kitchen / a dining room with lounge area. Also on the first floor is a master suite: 1 bedroom with bed of 160x200, which can accommodate 2 additional children. On request, 2 single mattresses are available (see photos), bathroom with shower, toilet.
Upstairs, you will have a bathroom with shower and bath, a toilet and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a 140X190 cm bed and 1 with a 160x200 bed that can accommodate 2 additional children. On request, 1 mattress for 2 people is available.
The accommodation has a pretty inner courtyard (not overlooked) with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
It is forbidden to smoke inside. Ashtrays are provided outside, which should be emptied when you leave.
Access to the garage and the outdoor room is reserved for owners only. In addition, on the 1st floor, 2 of the bathroom cupboards, as well as a storage room are locked.
Guest access
Free parking spaces are located on the street, opposite the accommodation.
Also, a large free parking lot is only 100 m from the accommodation (near the playground). An electric vehicle charging station is available.
Other remarks
For your convenience, we offer a linen rental service (bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels and dish towels) at a rate of €15 per bed per stay.
Please let us know if you wish to take advantage of this option when you make your reservation in order to make the linen available to you.
If you prefer to bring your own linen, here are the dimensions of the beds:
- Master bedroom on the first floor 160X200 cm, on request provision of 2 child armchairs
- Master bedroom on the 1st floor 160x200 cm, on request installation of a mattress on the floor for 2 people
