About this house rental
Solognote independent house of 95 m², on one level, not overlooked. In the countryside 3 km from the village.
Large dining room: beautiful fireplace, table, sideboard, sofas, armchairs, chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player. WiFi access.
Kitchen area: 4-plate electric stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge freezer, 2-bowl stainless steel sink, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cookware for 6 people.
One bedroom: 140 bed, 2 90 bunk beds, wardrobe.
One bedroom: 2 single beds, a wardrobe.
Shower room: sink, walk-in shower, wc, heated towel rail, washing machine and 2nd separate wc.
Heating: electric and fireplace.
Private unfenced garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
35 mins from the Loire Castles: Chambord, Cheverny, Chenonceaux etc and the Zooparc de Beauval. Less known but charming castles are also nearby: Le Moulin, Villesavin, Troussay ........ Very beautiful villages to visit: Mennetou sur cher and the towns of Romorantin, Saint Aignan, Selles sur Cher
From your cottage you will make beautiful walks on Solognote hiking trails in the forests, to meet wild game: deer, pheasants, rabbits .......
In the village, 3 km away, all shops and services: convenience store, fuel, bakery, butcher, delicatessen and its andouillette dispenser, doctor, pharmacy, restaurants, beach on the banks of the Cher, swimming pool, tennis, garage owners. Tourist office and craftsmen's house with regional products.
