About this apartment rental
This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one queen bed and one set of bunk beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

We have stayed in this room before, so we knew we would like it. The unit is decorated nicely and felt cozy. Heat worked very well and the couch was comfortable. Good WiFi and parking in the parking lot was a breeze. There were two hiccups during our stay. The first was the hot water seemed to run out each time we showered...it would come back on but it took a good few minutes standing next to ice cold water. We never mentioned this to management as it wasn’t a big deal just more of a slight annoyance. The second issue was that our fireplace did not work. The pilot light went out the minute we flipped the switch to turn it on. I called the office and spoke to the gentleman who said it would be a little bit before someone could come out as the guy was in Pigeon Forge. This was Friday morning-we left on Monday and our fireplace was never re-lit. I asked again on Saturday and was told it would be a little bit but no one ever came. It snowed Sunday and Monday and we really would’ve liked to have a fire going to add to the ambiance.

We love Park Place. We love the location. However until 110 is not our favorite. It is very outdated and kitchen is not stocked well.the worst part is the beds are old and hard as rocks. I felt like the couch would be more comfortable. We will always go back to Park Place. We just won't rent #110.
