About this apartment rental
This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed, the guest bedroom has one queen bed and a bunk bed with a full on the lower level and a twin on the top level.. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

This location is not only convenient to downtown, but the small creek beside it makes for a great view. The condo is set up nicely with plenty of room for a family of five. They’re a little aged but it worked for us. Walls are thin so bring ear plugs. You can hear people walking, slamming drawers and kids running back and forth.

My family and I love staying here! It is, without a doubt, our favorite place to stay! Coffee out on the balcony every morning, listening to the river. We love staying here and will be back!

We have stayed in 205 last October and were excited for a return visit this summer. We were disappointed in the room this time. The master closet door was off the hinge, a blind was missing a panel in the middle, the entrance to the shower is moldy and in need of repair. We had to search the master bedroom to find the TV remote which uncovered a lot of cleaning that hasn't been done with all kinds of stuff behind the dresser and under the couch.
