About this apartment rental
This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

We chose Park Place because it accommodated our needs -- no stairs and two beds in the second bedroom. It's an older facility which has been nicely updated. Only four-stars because shower in primary bathroom needed attention, but everything else was more than satisfactory. PP is conveniently located, the unit was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous. PP will be our go-to place for visits to Gatlinburg.
