About this apartment rental
This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

We had a wonderful time. Our condo was very comfortable and accommodating. We loved the balcony view and sounds of the roaring river. The fireplace was nice on the cold evening. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming! Would definitely recommend and we plan to stay again in the future!

As an Airbnb owner, I sincerely hope this message gets to the owner of unit 306. Whoever is in charge of taking care of this unit is not doing their job. Broken cabinets, water stains on the ceiling from previous leaks, mold on literally every HVAC vent in the unit and in several places on the ceiling in the master bathroom, Rusty and deteriorating soap and shampoo rack on the showerhead in the master bath, etc. This property has a wonderful location but this unit is in desperate need of updating and cleaning on the interior. I would be happy to forward pictures to the owner if they would like to see them.
