About this apartment rental

This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds.The upstairs loft has one queen bed and one twin bed. Downstairs in the living area there is a queen sleeper sofa. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The downstairs guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs the loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

This location has been our destination for several trips and we will continue to go back there.

I chose this place because it has a jetted tub and the location. The place was close to town but the place had so many different types of issues that it was hard for everyone to really be comfortable in it. We enjoyed our week at the condos. Everything was perfect! No complaints. Front desk was so acommodating. We saw a mama and baby bears our first night. Loved the location. We had to drive a bit for most things but it was so quiet and relaxing.

Could not ask for a better location, but the unit we stayed in on the 4th floor needs updated in the worst way. Overall cleanliness of room was very poor, I'm not so sure it was even vacuumed. From desk staff were awesome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was fine. However when arrived on site the condo we reserved using pictures on the web site was not available. Very disappointing. The condo we were assigned turned out ok, but it was not the one we thought we confirmed. When you pay that amount of money you should get what you thought you reserved.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Park Place Condos are perfectly located in Gatlinburg. One is able to walk to the downtown area easily or you could walk the easy 2 mile trail to the visitor center. We were able to do a variety of activities meeting all different types of interests. We also were able to use the meeting room for our family reunion and that was wonderful. The meeting room is large with folding chairs and tables, two refrigerators, two bathrooms and a sink. The condos overlook a beautiful creek and while there are condos on the other side of the creek, the trees provide a lot of privacy. Each unit has a spacious balcony overlooking the creek. Our units also had a large capacity washer and dryer. On the negative side, there are no hair dryers in the units, the knives were abyssmal, no hot pads, few kitchen towels, a wobbly shower door, and a leak onto the rug from the patio when we got rain. While these things were annoyances, they do not detract from the location and facility.
