About this house rental
This is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with amazing views of Mt Leconte. At Sneaky Bear cabin, you can relax in your private hot tub while enjoying the views. It has a fully furnished kitchen, so you can make a delicious meals without leaving the property. The home has a gas fireplace in the living area. This property has 2 comfortable king beds, queen over queen bunk beds, one queen sleeper, and one twin sleeper sofa. A 4 player multicade provides hours of entertainment with over 3,000 games. There are Smart TVs in every bedroom, a large TV in the game room and another in the living room. There is a washer and dryer on the property for your convenience. The home also comes with seasonal access to the Chalet Village clubhouses that have beautiful pools, pickle ball courts, and tennis. (Pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day) The home is professionally cleaned and located less than 10 minutes to all the action of downtown Gatlinburg. We also have frequent black bear sightings at this property.
When booking this home, you will be provided a starter pack of supplies. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, a small bottle of dish soap, 2 laundry pods, travel sized shampoo and body wash, 2 trash bags, and a pack of coffee. The coffee maker is a standard drip coffee maker if you would like to bring your favorite brand. All additional supplies needed will be the guest's responsibility.
We also provide towels for showering. If you would like additional towels for the hot tub, please bring your own.

We really enjoyed the cabin, the space worked really great for us. However there were some problems, the kitchen floor was sticky, underneath the table was dusty and the vents need a cleaning, also we had to wipe the stove off before we used it. I feel like the $175 cleaning fee we paid should have taken care of this.
Also another party was booked for the same day as our last day, so a little mixup.

The cabin was amazing yo stay in for young children and older adults. We had my wife and I, our 8 year old, and my mother who is in her 80s. The cabin was clean and everything worked well. Having USB access behind the nightstands was great and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the decks were unbeatable and great for stargazing and astrophotography. My son loved the video games and pool access. The check-in and check-out process was easy to follow as well. The cabin is close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and also on the instacart delivery map which is awesome.
