About this apartment rental
This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The upstairs loft has one queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The master bath has a large step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. The upstairs loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

We’ve really enjoyed staying in these condos. They are close to the “action” of town but still secluded with a wonderful brook flowing outside of the apartment. Plenty of room for family and a kitchen to prepare a little or a lot whenever the mood hits.

Cleanliness is spot on.... nothing. Seriously, there wasn’t even a spot in the dishwasher or the coffee pot. They looked brand new!! By far, the cleanest VRBO’s that I have ever stayed in!!! NICE! Pots and pans are in excellent shape and that is a huge bonus. The beds were firm and I loved it - even if my husband didn’t but the only down fall of this residence are the pillows. They are beyond firm and made for a rough sleep but I would highly recommend this place and plan on marking it a favorite (even if I have to bring my own pillow next time)! Thanks for the great place and great communication!!MB
