This beautiful and welcoming villa with pool is located in the middle of greenery, about 6 km from Montalto di Castro and the sandy beaches of the Lazio coast.
In addition to the beautiful pool and outdoor shower, guests can enjoy a built-in barbecue next to the veranda, equipped for pleasant outdoor meals or relaxing moments. The large garden also offers outdoor activities, a children's playground and fitness equipment for poolside activities. The interior of the villa is maintained to the last detail, with well-equipped kitchens, mosquito nets on all windows and doors. The property is fully fenced, has an electronic gate and guarantees privacy.

On request it is possible to organize a multilingual guide for visits to the Etruscan towns of Tarquinia, Vulci, Capalbio, a tour on the Argentario promontory, to the thermal baths of Saturnia and to local farms with tasting.
