These Residence is set in one of the most beautiful scenic areas of the park of Upper Garda in the Brescia area, in the midst of verdant olive groves. It can be easily reached by a handy and enchanting panoramic road which winds up from the lake side on the Tignalese highlands (500 m. above sea level).
The Residence is situated in Oldesio, hamlet of Tignale and about 1 Km from Gardola (the centre of Tignale), easy to reach by feet or car and about 6 km from the beach.
There are 30 apartments (2- and 3- room apartments) modernly furnished and have fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, necessary equipment, TV Sat, safe, balconies furnished with table and chairs. Reception, restaurant-pizzeria, indoor heated swimming pool (6 x 12 m), sun terrace with loungers and parasols. For younger guests: outside pool (4 x 12 m), playground, games room, table tennis, table football. Equipped fitness room. Bread service in the morning. Washing machine, wi-fi for a fee. Private parking. Residence guests receive a discount at the Pizzeria-Restaurant "Ruculi" and in the restaurant "Al Terrazzo."
