About this house rental
The Casa Due, bought in September 2013, is located at the beginning of the resort Sunclass Bungalows on the edge of the small romantic Italian old town Gardola about 500m above Lake Garda. Ideal destination for active holidaymakers, gourmets and nature lovers. Hiking, swimming, kite surfing, sailing, mountain biking, golf, visit a lot of culture and always enjoy the view. In 15 minutes you can drive down the lake with beautiful beaches in Gargnano or Porto di Tignale. The Casa Due has 3 small bedrooms, a bathroom almost new, a well equipped kitchen and a bright living room with 2 windows. For chilly days, a new pellet stove was installed in 2013. The house is surrounded by 2 terraces and a small garden. The bungalow is quiet, it is separated by 2 steps from the street. Plenty of parking near the house.
The holiday park has a large swimming pool, heated in early and late summer, a mountain and e-bike rental, a new children's playground and a reception, which will help you at any time. There you will also get the Tignale Card for many discounts on organized excursions, hikes, festivals etc.
In 12 minutes you can walk, always overlooking Lake Garda in Gardola. There you can watch in the piazza in one of the bars at Cappucchino the hustle and bustle, shopping (bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, hairdressers, petrol station, Tabacchi, ice cream shops, many restaurants, pastry shops) or from the forecourt of the imposing church a magnificent vista of the lake to the Apennines enjoy (in clear weather). There are beaches in Porto di Tignale and Gargnano for swimming. Tuesday is market in Tignale. Excursion program, village festivals and concerts are organized by the municipality.
