Located on a sunny plateau about 3 km outside the center of Gardola, surrounded by greenery with a beautiful lake view, this well‑kept, well‑equipped, modern and cozy holiday apartment sits directly in the hiking and cycling paradise of Tignale (a health resort made up of several small villages).
The historic Italian country house is a listed building and was recently completely restored and renovated. With its beautiful grounds and pool, it offers everything you need for a memorable holiday:
Relaxation by the pool, hikes of varying difficulty levels starting right from the house, lake views, waterfalls, cycling/mountain biking, climbing (free climbing or via ferrata), canyoning in spectacular mountain scenery, swimming in the lake or in waterfalls, kite/windsurfing, shopping, exploring Italian villages, tennis, golf, and much more.
Thanks to the variety of activities nearby, our residence is also ideal for a diverse family holiday with children of all ages.
We are happy to provide information, suggestions and tips for hiking, climbing, cycling, etc., as well as recommendations for worthwhile excursions. A bike rental shop with e‑mountain bikes is available in the village.
The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen for up to 6 people, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, espresso maker, kettle, citrus press, cheese fondue and raclette set. The apartment is ideal for 4 people.
You decide whether to end the evening with a glass of wine on the balcony with a beautiful view of the illuminated pool and lake, or on the sofa — also with a lake view.
For the colder season, a typical Italian pellet stove provides cozy warmth.
Two separate bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), each with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower, plus a large pull‑out sofa for 2 people in the living area (and an additional pull‑out chair if needed) are available.
Free Wi‑Fi is included.
Tignale is a very old Italian village located about 600 m above Lake Garda. You reach the main village of Gardola after about 15 minutes by car from the lake (approx. 6 km uphill), partly along an interesting serpentine road with beautiful views of the lake and the Monte Baldo massif. From the village center, a small winding road continues uphill for another 3 km to our apartment.
Tignale is located about 7 km north of Gargnano, 8 km west of Malcesine (across the lake), and around 10 km southwest of Limone sul Garda — all beautiful places worth visiting.
Tignale has a small beach with a harbor; the nearest bathing spots are also Gargnano and Campione, known for its youthful atmosphere and many surfers.
Within approx. 5 minutes by car / 5 minutes by bike (uphill about 15 minutes depending on fitness) / 25 minutes on foot, you will find everything you need: bakery, butcher, supermarket, pizzerias, excellent restaurants, bars, shops with regional products, pharmacies and doctors.
There is also a small supermarket and pizzerias about 10 minutes on foot from our residence (opening hours not guaranteed).

Loved our stay at this condo. Beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Kitchen was fully equipped with many supplies. Place is a little out of the way to get to but the commune of Tagnale was a perfect Italian town that was well kept. Several bars and restaurants that served outstanding food. We will definitely come again.

Beautiful apartment, wonderfully clean and practical. Quiet and tranquil, views are amazing.
Comms with the owners are excellent.
The grounds are well maintained and the pool very clean, great for a relaxing pool day.
