Beautiful holiday home with stunning views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. Two terraces and gardens are available for guests' exclusive use. From the balcony and the upper terrace you have a marvellous view of the lake and the mountains. From both bedrooms you have direct access to the fenced garden with brick fireplace and the terrace.The house, built on two levels on a slope, offers a cosy living-dining room with flat screen and stereo system on the upper floor. From the living area you can reach the furnished balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. In the basement are the two bedrooms, with direct access to the terrace and garden, as well as the bathroom (shower, WC, two washbasins). One bedroom has a double bed. The second room is furnished with a 1.40 metre wide bed. Above this is a 1.60 metre wide bed. A desk is also part of the furnishings. There is a washing machine in the cellar room for your exclusive use and a brick barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol on the terrace. The lockable garage is suitable for both your car and motorbike. The property is fully fenced and therefore ideal for children and dogs. A travel cot and high chair are available on request and there are many small, typical Italian restaurants, bars and shops in the surrounding area. There is a public swimming pool 2 kilometres away in Prabione.
