It is on top of a hill and it takes 20-30 mins to rech location from main road. But once you reach the place it is worth staying.

Breathtaking.

The area is gorgeous, and views are spectacular surrounded by mountains, greenery and an enormous lake lower down. The host, Fabiola is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The main room was very spacious equipped with kitchenware, a balcony with stunning views, separate bedroom plus bathroom. I have to say that this was one of the best places in our life. You can feel that the family put all their energy into their business. We also liked that there was stress on recycling and making sure that things are not unnecessarily wasted. It is up to you to take your bed linen and towels or are provided by the host. The whole concept is well thought through. We also like having animals around the grounds, such as goats, horses, donkeys and even a tortoise, which decided to free itself one day.

There might be a problem for some people not having enough hot water due to older boiler system, but it was OK with us.

Quiet location with an amazing view and a nice pool

Quiet location and an amazing view towards the lake (depends a bit on your apartment). The hostess Fabiola was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything clean and well kept, both the apartment and the surroundings. Nice pool area for the hot days. Dogs allowed. Donkeys and goats next to the building.

Not a problem for us, but the fridge could be bigger, if you want to stock for a week or more. No dish washer.

Amazing

The view was amazing, i personaly loved the road upthere also, i love to drive. The staff was amazing, Fabiola went above and beyond to make our stay good. The apartament was alright.

Well, expected in a mountain location, shops were not exactly close. 🤣

Perfect accomodation for hikers and mountain bikers.

The location is perferct, quiet and with a breathtaking view on the Garda lake. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The appartement is modern and very comfortable for a long stay.

Unfortunately soundproofing leaves much to be desired. However it did not disturb us during our stay.

Fantastic place with lovely view on lake

Fabiola is very helpfull person. She gave us a lot of fantastic informations about the near area of residence. Also we got for her maps of towns up to Garda. The apartament was big, very comfortabe with fantastic view on the lake and Monte Baldo. Our children were delighted because they could feed the donkeys and goats in the residence. We will definitely come back here!

The location is good if you want to stay far from the main road, it takes stip serpentine road to get to the village, high in the mountains. However view from the balcony is nice, to the lake.

The bed linings, towels, and gas heating are not included in the price. You pay additional for it on chek-out

Nice appartement with beautiful viewings on the hill

We had a 2 room appartement with balcony. We especially liked the view and surroundings. The appartement is clean and nice but much smaller and with less privacy than we expected due to the balconies connecting to eachother.

The steep road to get there and the setting with neighbours located all very closely to one another on the balconies.

Angenehme Unterkunft abseits vom Trubel

Residence Garden in Tignale liegt abseits vom Trubel auf einem Berg. Zum Strand fährt ein Shuttlebus. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Aussicht

Die Unterkunft hat einen fantastischen Blick über den Gardasee und liegt sehr ruhig in den Bergen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und der Ort verfügt zusätzlich über ein Freibad. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig und alles war sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundlichkeit. Es fand sogar ein Grillabend im Garten mit der Familie und anderen Gästen statt.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in exponierter Lage

Saubere, große Zimmer, sehr herzliche Betreuung vor Ort. Entweder eigener Garten (Erdgeschoss) oder Balkon (Obergeschoss). Alle wichtigen Einrichtungsgegenstände sind vorhanden. Der Blick auf See und Monte Baldo ist grandios. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Der Pool ist nicht riesig aber sehr sauber. Für alle sind genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme auf der großen Fläche rund um den Pool.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher nur gegen Aufpreis. Da das Haus hoch über dem See gelegen ist, braucht man ca. 20 Min mit dem Auto bis zur Uferstraße und 30 Min bis Limone. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil.

To absolutnie najlepsze miejsce na wakacje, jakie można sobie wymarzyć! Residence Garden w Tignale to prawdziwy raj - ciche, przepięknie położone wśród gór, z zapierającym dech w piersiach widokiem na jezioro Garda. Apartamenty są przestronne, bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone - wszystko, czego potrzeba, by poczuć się jak w domu. Ogród i basen tworzą idealne warunki do relaksu, a cisza i otaczająca przyroda sprawiają, że naprawdę można tu odpocząć. Ogromnym plusem jest również możliwość zamawiania świeżego pieczywa, które codziennie rano o 7 dostarczane jest bezpośrednio pod drzwi apartamentu - to idealny początek dnia! Jednak prawdziwym skarbem tego miejsca jest właścicielka - Fabiola - serdeczna, pomocna, zawsze uśmiechnięta i obecna, by doradzić, zaproponować wycieczki czy po prostu sprawić, że pobyt będzie niezapomniany. Jest jak ukryty klejnot tego miejsca. Czuliśmy się tutaj jak u bliskich przyjaciół. Z całego serca polecamy - to miejsce magiczne, do którego chce się wracać! Grazie di cuore per questo meraviglioso soggiorno. A presto!

Wat een fijne plek voor een (korte) vakantie. Fantastisch uitzicht, goede bedden en een fantastische host in Fabiola. We komen hier zeker terug!!

Дорога к жилью серпантин, особенно последние 100 метров очень крутой подъем. Вид захватывающий.

Прекрасный вид на озеро Гарда и на горы. Высота 550 м над уровнем моря. поэтому не жарко. Приветливая хозяйка. Рядом пасутся ручные ослы и козы. Парковка прямо у домика.

Отсутствие информации об особенностях заезда (очень крутой подъем), что для некоторых транспортных средств будет сложен или невозможен. Персонал не пунктуальный (заезд в 16, но мы ждали оформление до 18 часов),что помешало нашим планам на вечер. Подушки жестковатые. На кухню покупайте сразу все необходимое: соль, сахар, специи. Обязательно прочитайте правила проживания в настольной книге: мусор необходимо самому вывезти в мусорные контейнеры, предварительно рассортировав.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Super Ausblick.

Alles super! Die Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt. Traditionell eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Fabiola hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Am meisten hat mir der See und Bergblick gefallen.

Ein Wasserkocher fehlte, sonst war alles da. Ansonsten ist der Fahrtweg zum Apartment etwas steil. Aber das ist normal wenn man einen super Blick auf den See haben möchte.
