The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2009 and is modern and functional. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, deck chair, and children's playground. All facilities of Residence Ruculi can be used (approx. 3 km away): laundry, restaurant, outdoor pool, children's pool and indoor pool, sauna and fitness room. Cot and high chair available upon request, subject to availability.


Location
Tignale, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is situated on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartments GAR TIG 006 (6 people) and GAR TIG 007 (6 people) are located in the same house. Tignale is a union of six villages scattered on a plateau above the western Lake Garda. This place is the ideal spot for complete relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the lake. Access is via a side road (gravel or grit, length 5 m). Parking (for 10 cars) on the property.
