With amazing ocean views, this one bedroom cottage with a queen bed and a full bathroom. There are just two steps up into this cute little vacation home. The great room of the cottage has a convenient kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve a meal along with a dining table for everyone to sit at comfortably. The living room has a Smart TV and a DVD player. There is no TV service. This rental also offers guests binoculars, board games, a washer and dryer and Wi-Fi. I enjoyed my stay at this house ,it was clean and mostly comfortable. I found the bed to be very hard so that was not very comfortable at all. Everything in the house worked well and the property management responded quickly and was helpful. The one thing that seemed odd to me was the lack of a coat rack to hang wet jackets or hooks to hang towels after drying off the dog. Otherwise all was well.

This rental is in a great location. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. Some things could be updated. The refrigerator makes a loud thunk when it stops running and the kitchen faucet looked as if it would fall off. Much of the cookwear should be thrown out. Our biggest issue is that when we arrived at the check in time and the house had not been cleaned. It was resolved but we had to find somewhere else to hang out for 3 hours before we could get into the rental. The property manager stated that he would make it up to us but we never heard from him again.
