Oceanside Beach Cottage in downtown Yachats is the perfect little cottage for a small family or a couple to get away. With amazing ocean views, this one bedroom cottage with a queen bed and a full bathroom. There are just two steps up into this cute little vacation home. The great room of the cottage has a convenient kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve a meal along with a dining table for everyone to sit at comfortably. The living room has a Smart TV and a DVD player. There is no TV service. This rental also offers guests binoculars, board games, a washer and dryer and Wi-Fi. Come down to beautiful Yachats Oregon and discover your home at the coast.

Immaculately clean, simply but nicely decorated, all the essentials, good bed, and views of the ocean from bedroom, living room and kitchen table. Short walk one direction to downtown. Short walk the other direction to my favorite galleries. We walked the coastal trail nearby, crabbed, and drove the north Oregon coast. Delightful visit. Wish we could have stayed longer, We loved it.

This is such a cute little house in an adorable small ocean side town. The town has restaurants and cafes as well as probably the best rock shop I’ve ever been to before. The house was very clean when we arrived and check in was super easy. You could see the ocean from pretty much every room in the house. We really enjoyed staying here.

Very nice house for a couple that is one property off the beach, with good views and super access to an incredible beachside trail. The house was just as advertised and all systems were in good order and the beds and furniture are comfortable. No dishwasher would be an issue for us for longer stays, but not for the two nights we stayed. We would definitely stay again.

The cleanliness was top notch. The weather a bit stormy but did not deter our stay. It was overall a relaxing and memorable experience. The refrigerator was loud and shut off with a shuttering sound that made us laugh. No mention on listing that there was no dishwasher.

I spent 3 nights in this clean and nicely decorated home within steps of the ocean. Everything I needed was here. I cooked my meals , showered with good pressure and warm water, and slept in a comfortable bed with wave sounds nearby. The refrigerator makes a loud sound occasionally but works just fine. You have a small ocean view but can walk along the 804 trail to see the crashing waves and rocks and birds. Very pleasant

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a great location. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. Some things could be updated. The refrigerator makes a loud thunk when it stops running and the kitchen faucet looked as if it would fall off. Much of the cookwear should be thrown out. Our biggest issue is that when we arrived at the check in time and the house had not been cleaned. It was resolved but we had to find somewhere else to hang out for 3 hours before we could get into the rental. The property manager stated that he would make it up to us but we never heard from him again.

This is a cute little house within walking distance to the ocean. It is a couple houses away from water access, but a little further walk to get to a sandy beach. The house was very clean and had plenty of cookware in the kitchen. The bed was a bit firm, but it was fine for a couple nights. I would really recommend this place.

This property was perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 pugs. Spacious living/kitchen area and very large bathroom. Home was quite clean overall. As mentioned, there are a couple of minor maintenance needs (front 2 steps up to main deck), dryer requires use of a pair of pliers to start, toaster was not operational. That said, there isn't a day that goes by at my own primary residence that I need to repair something, so not a big issue. Very quiet neighborhood, close to the 804 trail, safe areas to walk dogs, very decent view of the ocean. Will be staying here again.

We enjoyed the location and the nice partial view of the ocean (although the windows could be cleaned.) A good value. I would recommend replacing the bed. It's extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen was OK, could use some larger bowls etc.

This cute little cottage was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two dogs. It had most everything we needed, was clean, and was a short walk to the beach and to town. There was no dishwasher, and you have to use pliers to run the dryer, but these were no big deal to us. It was absolutely wonderful!

We loved this little place. It was in the perfect location to the 804 trail and short walk to the 7 mile beach and also short walk to restaurants and town. Only complaint that I have is the dryer overheated and smelled really hot and kept shutting off and on. I think this should really be checked out because it seems like it could be a fire hazard. Other then that we would definitely stay again..

Enjoyed our stay in Yachats! This property is well located for walks and ocean access. The property met, but did not exceed our expectations. It is as pictured. There were a few maintenance issues and the bed is very firm and could use a foam topper! For all the extra fees by the management company, it’s pretty expensive for a short stay and we expected higher cleaning standards.

It was a good place to stay with our dog, as we were able to take frequent walks outside close to the coast. I have had back surgeries and was unable to sleep on the mattress as it was much too hard. On my getaway with my husband, I ended up having to sleep on the couch! The refrigerator had a loud banging sound that occurred frequently throughout the night that was unnerving.

Reviewer Comments: screen door return broke off, spatula needs thrown away, toaster didn't work, dryer overheated and did not dry (someone needs to check vent and hose for clogging before it starts fire.) coach needs cleaning covered with lint. No chairs or furniture available for deck. no contact with property management once they received payment. luckily we knew of good restaurants in near by towns and area.

The property was fine for our needs. The location was great. I wish there had been some directions on the trail. It would have been nice to have some chairs for the deck. My one disappointment was the cleanliness of the bathroom. the toilet was moldy and had to be cleaned.
