Relax in the peaceful atmosphere of Lake Maggiore. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace, lazy days on the lake beaches and trips on the water. Situated in a quiet position on a sunny hill near the center of Laveno Mombello, this practical holiday rental for 9 people enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding area and some stretches of the lake.

It is divided into two apartments with independent entrances.

Appartamento Alessandra includes a living area with a kitchen and dining room, a double bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed

The second, Apartmento Giulia, consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds on the first floor reachable from the double bedroom with a spiral staircase.

Guests can relax in the open-plan living area, furnished with a fireplace, a dining table, a Smart and satellite TV with German channels, a sofa and two armchairs. This area also includes the kitchen, equipped with a hob, oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a coffee machine (Mokka), a fridge and freezer and a breakfast bar for three people.

Large folding doors open onto the terrace, equipped with a retractable awning. Furnished with a table and chairs, it is the ideal place to have lunch outside or to have a drink at the end of the day.

The house enjoys extensive outdoor spaces, including a private south-facing terrace and a garden equipped with barbecue.

Location
The property is a 15-minute walk from the port of Laveno Mombello. From here you can catch ferries to Verbania, Stresa, Intra and the Borromean Islands. The marina also offers water taxis and recreational nautical activities, as well as a picturesque waterfront promenade with cafes, restaurants, shops and ice cream parlours.
The town is also famous for its cable car, the "Funivie del Lago Maggiore" (7-minute walk), which takes visitors up Monte Sasso del Ferro. From here guests can enjoy incredible views of Lake Maggiore and all the surrounding lakes: Lake Lugano, Lake Monate, Lake Comabbio and Lake Varese.
Also worth a visit is the beautiful lakeside monastery "Santa Caterina del Sasso", just a 10-minute drive. Visitors looking for relaxation can head to one of the nearby lakeside beaches, including the charming Caldè beach with its typical restaurants and wine bars (15-minute drive), the pretty family-friendly Reno beach (10-minute drive) or Spiaggia delle Cinque (5-minute drive).
Luino, with its famous Wednesday market, is a 25-minute drive along the lake road.
The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa (MXP), about a 50-minute drive from the property. Alternatively, the nearest train station, "Laveno-Mombello Nord", is a 15-minute walk away.
