Verbesserungswürdiges Appartment in abgelener Lage mit schönem Ausblick auf den See

Die Einrichtung war modern, die Zimmer waren sauber. Der Ausblick auf den See war schön. Ruhige Lage in einem einheimischen italienischen Örtchen.

Das Apartment Nummer 5 (ohne Balkon) hatte kaum Sonnenlicht. Dementsprechend war es dunkel, kalt und roch etwas modrig, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer. Der Abfluss in der Dusche im Bad hat nicht richtig funktioniert, weshalb beim Duschen der Boden im Bad mit Wasser übergelaufen ist. Wir mussten das Wasser mit unseren Handtüchern aufsaugen so gut es ging. Leider konnte uns nicht beim Putzen geholfen werden und wir haben keine neuen Handtücher bekommen, da die Putzfrau schon weg war und sich sonst niemand darum kümmerte. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr mager (kein Spülmittel, keine Küchentücher, wenig Kaffee, etc.). Die Lage war sehr abgelegen oben auf dem Berg. In die nächsten Orte zu den Restaurants etc. musste man überall mit dem Auto hinfahren, was wegen der Straßenkurven 12-15 min dauerte. Die Terasse war sehr klein und wir haben uns dort ungern aufgehalten, da im anschließenden Gartenbereich ein Schäferhund auf einer Fläche von gefühlt 4qm eingezäunt auf und abgelaufen ist, was uns sehr leid getan hat und traurig anzuschauen war.

L'arredamento del piano superiore : l'armadio e il comodino assolutamente da cambiare, c'è un condizionatore esterno rumoroso vicino alla camera da letto matrimoniale Dell appartamento n 4, la porta del bagno al piano superiore non si chiude

Belle copropriété qui surplombe le lac Majeur

La maison est paisible, le jaccuzi en libre accès est un plus. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le fait de pouvoir prendre avec nous nos 2 chats sans aucun supplément à payer. Nous avons adoré le lieu, en haut de la colline qui surplombe Stresa. Il est vrai que pour les personnes qui ne sont pas véhiculées ou bien qui ne sont pas à l'aise dans les cols de montagne il vaut mieux privilégier une localisation dans le centre ville. Pour les amoureux du calme, de la montagne et des villages rustiques, c'est l'endroit parfait 😍

Le début du séjour a été chaotique car nous sommes tombés sur des voisins du dessus extrêmement bruyants. En effet, je déconseille l'appartement 11, très mal isolé. Cependant, les hôtes ont été très réactifs et nous ont trouvé une solution après la 2ème nuit. Nous avons été relogés dans l'appartement 4 qui est vraiment super. Peut-être qu'il serait préférable de détailler un peu plus les annonces, afin de savoir d'avance quel appartement nous réservons. Cela éviterait ce genre de déception. Enfin, en terme d'amélioration possible, un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine ne seraient pas de refus comme par exemple une paire de ciseaux, un fouet et une spatule.

Stedet har en vis charme, men beliggenheden er en udfordring og kræver bil. Italiensk bjergidyl er der dog for alle pengene.

Kræver bil for indkøb og seværdigheder. Vi boede i lejlighed nr 11, som er mørk og indelukket - uden balkon.

דירה מרווחת,נוף,חנייה,מיטות גדולות ונוחות . שולחן עגול גדול,מרפסת היקפית.

לא הצלחנו להפעיל את התנור/מיקרוגל(חדש לגמרי) חרף נסיונות רבים ושימוש בצאטג'יפיטי ואותו דבר לגבי מדיח הכלים (חדש).

Appartement bien équipé mais besoin de prendre la voiture pour tout

Appartement bien équipé avec cuisine. Propreté. Parking facile 15min de Stresa en voiture. Le jacuzzi.

Nous étions dans l'appartement 11 à l'extérieur de la résidence, assez sombre et humide sans aucune vue. Mauvaise isolation sonore, nous entendions bruyamment les voisins du dessus. Nécessité de prendre la voiture pour tour, pas de commerces dans le village.

Bon rapport qualité prix malgré quelques inconforts

Un appartement décoré avec goût, Spacieux et super bien équipé. La route entre le logement et Stressa est très joli.

L'insonorisation n'est pas terrible, nous entendions les bruits de pas des voisins du dessus, roulettes et autres déplacements... Nous aurions aussi voulu plus de prospectus dans le logement ou des conseils de la part de l'accueil. Dommage que la chambre 11 ne dispose pas d'un petit balcon pour profiter de l'extérieur.

Schönes Apartment und nette Gastgeberin. Checkin und Checkout waren super unkompliziert. Küche war mit Geräten bestens ausgestattet.

Sicherung ist einmal raus. Wir vermuten, dass es an den Heizkörpern lag. Zudem wäre etwas mehr Besteck und Schüsseln für Müsli o.ä. toll :) Man ist zudem auf ein Auto angewiesen, da bei der Unterkunft keine Busse fahren und man hoch oben auf dem Berg ist.

Struttura di recente ristrutturazione e sarebbe anche stato piacevole se nel momento del bisogno qualcuno avesse messo la faccia almeno per porre le scuse di persona.

ASSENZA TOTALE DELLO STAFF, per motivi di lavoro sono riuscito ad arrivare solo alle 23 e a quell’ora nonostante ripetute e ripetute chiamate trovandomi in difficoltà nel capire qual’era l’appartamento a me assegnato nessuno si è degnato di rispondere!!! Ma come si fa a gestire così? NESSUNO CHE RISPONDA AD UN EMERGENZA!!! Non avendo chiaro l’appartamento assegnatomi , ne ho preso uno a caso disponibile, viste le chiavi lí, con a dire poca sicurezza che chiunque possa entrare in qualsiasi appartamento.. SOLO l’indomani mattina mi è stato invitato di cambiare appartamento perché quello preso la notte precedente non era il mio ed era già stato assegnato ad una famiglia.. solo conversazione whatsapp.. assurdo!! Anzi consiglio vivamente di mettere tra i video anche come chiudere la porta (con la maniglia da tirare su per poter chiudere a chiave, NON TUTTI MAGARI RIESCONO A CAPIRE SUBITO..!! ALTRA OSSERVAZIONE SE SIETE SENZA INTERNET NON SI PUÒ FARE SELF CHECK-IN E VEDERE VIDEO DIMOSTRATIVI.. in tutto questo oltre che non dare assistenza anche tariffa NON RIMBORSABILE!!
