Cocoonr is pleased to offer this superb studio flat for rent in Bordeaux. Situated in a 19th-century stone building right in the heart of Bordeaux, in the Pey Berland neighbourhood, it offers all the comforts and contemporary charm you need for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux.
Located on the 4th floor (no lift), with a floor area of 22 m² and sleeping up to 2 guests, it comprises a living room, a kitchen and a shower room. Four-star hotel-quality bed linen is provided, with the beds made up for your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A lovely living area, with a sofa, coffee table and TV
- A double bed (140x190)
- A kitchen opening onto the living area, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a toaster, hobs, a fridge and a microwave...
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
The flat is ideally situated in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Neighbourhood and things to do:
- Just a short walk from Rue Sainte-Catherine, Place Pey Berland and the Saint Michel neighbourhood. Here you’ll find all the shops, restaurants and bars
- Just below the building is the Musée d’Aquitaine, which houses artefacts and documents relating to the history of Bordeaux and Aquitaine, from prehistory to the present day. It administratively encompasses the Centre Jean Moulin de Bordeaux and the Musée Goupil, whose collection it holds
- Other neighbourhoods in the historic centre: Saint-Pierre, Sainte-Colombe, Saint-Michel and Sainte-Croix
- Flea market (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and, above all, Sunday mornings) or second-hand dealers.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the Pey Berland car park, which is 100 metres away.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Bordeaux railway station, approximately 12 minutes’ drive away (2.6 km)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux Airport, approximately 35 minutes’ drive away (12.9 km)
- Tram line B (the ‘Musée d’Aquitaine’ stop) right outside the flat takes you directly to the Cité du Vin in 15 minutes
- Vcub station right outside the building; €1.60 for 24 hours

La Suite Great little apartment, well laid out, modern, had everything we needed for 4 nights in Bordeaux. Coffee pods and machine were a lovely touch. We loved the sky light and the electric blinds that go with it, bright during the day and pitch black for early summer mornings.

La Suite Great place with terrific surroundings, minor problems such as bathroom door not closing fully and a very tiny leak with the excess rain however that being said it was a lovely stay and the apartment had everything needed to have a great time, Would definitely book again.

La Suite The apartment is located in the City Centre near Hôtel de Ville in a lively area, which is nice in the daytime, but also extremely loud at night. When entering the apartment we were at first quite happy because of the modern Interieur, but we quickly noticed an unusual smell. We thought it might come from another apartment since it was around dinner time, but the smell got worse over the entire stay, making it unbearable to spend time in the accomodation. We are not sensitive, but it made us so sick that we had to sleep with perfumed handkerchiefs next to our noses. The lights don‘t really work and there is a led strip light in a built-in wardrobe that can‘t be turned off and shines thrugh the gaps at night and kept us awake. Overall it could be a beautiful accomodation with lots of potential, if you don‘t value sleep.
