Just a few minute walk to Bowers Beach, JPs Wharf, and local parks. Features beautiful Delaware Bay views from back deck and breathtaking views of the local nature reserve from front. Enjoy what nature has to offer regardless of season. At night, wind down star gazing at perfect clear skies. With room for one or multiple families, you’ll feel refreshed after a stay at Holiday House!
The space
Holiday House has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It features 2 master suites, each with a queen bed and private bathroom. Its 3rd bedroom features a bunkbed with a full bottom and twin on top and an additional twin bed. The 4th bedroom features a bunkbed with a full bottom and twin on top and a twin rollaway bed. Holiday House also features two work areas, including a desk, USB/USC charger, and a monitor. An additional twin rollaway can be found in the master, accommodating up to 13 guests total.
Holiday house has a fully stocked kitchen, with a table large enough to seat 10 guests, a barbecue and outdoor seafood boiler, and a table for outdoor dining.

Our family of 7 adults and a 4-year old gathered here to celebrate a milestone birthday, and had a wonderful time! Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable and clean. Jenni was quick to respond to messages and made it easy to check in and out. Walking distance to a beautiful beach and JPs is delicious! Would definitely stay again.

The house was a perfect spot to stay while we were in town for a field hockey tournament. It was close to the fields and suoer comfortable. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer :-)

Very clean house, tons of towels, great set up with good outdoor space and a big table. Can walk to JPs for dinner or drinks at the Bayside tavern. Just 12 mins to the DE turf complex. 1 block to the beach. Perfect spot for a few days.
