Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Great size house there was 7 of us. it was a holiday week so we wanted to be close enough to the beach area but still have a place where we felt like we could relax and unwind after. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Nice big couch so we could watch movies in the evening as a family.

Nice location and lots of space for a group. Bathrooms are a little older. Dining table could be replaced, it was pretty sticky and beat up. No linens provided (only with a fee).

My family and I was happy to be together wead the best out of our stay we arrived later then planned there was miscommunication across the board got there couldn’t gain entrance into the house couldn’t get in touch with host or anyone luckily my son says let’s just try the number an surprise when got into the after over a hour being there this was 11 pm that night with my whole family including a 1year old struck outside with no clue next day it was almost 12pm when I received a call from my long list of calling every number I could think of to say we’re are you we want to help I was dumb founded I was like we lucky tried the house number an gained entrance to the home imagine that from almost midnight to 12pm the next day they was not only unreachable but unfortunately untimely as an unaware I would not stay there again
