About this house rental
This Five Bedroom Two bath newly remodeled home has room for your whole family or group. Tv's in every bedroom and a cozy place in the game room to sit in quiet if that is our preference. There is plenty of room for your whole family to sit on the sectional sofa in the living room to watch a great movie after your day at the beach or your day playing ball at one of the three sports complexes within 20 minutes of this home. You will find everything you need in the galley kitchen for making great meals to enjoy, including a crock pot, and instant pot. You will also enjoy outdoor space where there is a firepit in the back yard and two picnic tables to enjoy picking crabs while here on the Eastern Shore. This home is within walking distance of downtown Milton, where you will find a great park for the kids, cozy coffee houses, and quaint little restaurants for your dining pleasure, and while you are here you should also try King's Ice cream. We are 15.7 miles to Rehoboth Beach, 11.8 miles to Lewes Beach, 15.8 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park.. It would be great to have a couple families from your sports team share this space while we are 6.8 miles to Sports at the Beach, 7.5 miles to Sandhill Fields, and 18.6 miles to Delaware Turf. There are four off street parking places.

Thank you so much for your hospitality! It was great to find a property large enough for our family of 10 adults and 2 small children. My son was getting married and the Retreat was 20 mins from the venue and all of us from out of town were able to stay together. Everything was thought of from the towel sets available for every family member, the pictures sent of the house cleaned before our arrival, to the already cut wood for the fire pit. And Pamela was super quick to respond to any messages I sent. Thank you again for an enjoyable stay!
