Situated directly on the white sand beaches this home does not disappoint with expansive views of the emerald Gulf. Beach access is just a short walk along the boardwalk above the dunes. The ground level partially covered parking area is a perfect picnic spot for grilling your fresh catch of the day enhanced by a charcoal grill. An elevator that services each floor provides convenience to navigate the 4000 square foot beauty on the ocean. Enchanted Dunes was designed with group gatherings in mind. Enjoy gulf side decks on every floor to spread out comfortably. Located close to tennis clubs and golf courses this home is the perfect spot to hang out with friends and family.
Going Up! Venturing up to the main living area your eyes will dazzle in delight as the elevator doors open to high ceilings, kitchen, and gulf side deck that overlooks the waterfront view. Entertaining and kitchen clean up is a breeze with 2 dishwashers and a separate ice machine.

We stayed here with 21 family members. It had a moderately well stocked kitchen. The view of the beach was amazing. You walk down from the house deck to the boardwalk and walk past 3 or 4 lots/houses to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. The beach was amazing. There are few hoises around. The beach was not crowded. It was awesome to have each bedroom have a bathroom attached to it.

A great house for a large family. House can use some TLC…lots of cracked tiles and uneven floors. Some water damage coming in from sliding doors in kitchen. Kitchen could use more cookware.

House served it's purpose for a large group, but .there were issues. For starters is the elevator. One of the members of our group has severe mobility issues. Only can navigate with the help of a walker or wheelchair, much less navigate stairs. The elevator did not work for the the first 24 hours. As my wife and I were hosting the trip, we had the master bedroom on the main floor, which we had to forfeit for the first night to accommodate the elevator issue. It was fixed the second day. This required a service call. Around the house lights did not work, bathroom fans did not work, the balcony for the master was structurally unsound, furniture was broken and patched with packing tape. After the first night all the beds had to be stripped and washed as they were full of sand. The kitchen sinks needs replacing, and the interior needs repainting. More to mention but you get the idea. But we were all together as family and that made the trip enjoyable. Stove, oven and refrigerators were great.
