BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We loved the location!!! Truly beautiful views and so peaceful. The property managers were very quick to respond any needs that we had. There were a few issues with the hot tub not being warm, the water filter never was replaced, and there was a water issue. The team responded quickly to those needs, but it was unfortunate that the hot tub wasn’t able to be enjoyed!

Was a very nice property that made lots of memories! Loved the open floor plan on main floor! However the pool definitely needs a bit of attention and cleaning. The pool cleaner came out to clean it, but seems the water might need changed more often.

Perfect location-minutes away from everything the beach, outlet mall and restaurants. Very spacious house plenty of room for everyone. Lots of towels, bedding and pillows. We had an awesome time.

Memories were made and my entire family enjoyed themselves. Very nice and spacious.The trash was never picked up. All three cans were full when we arrived. And we put the cans out Friday for Saturday pick up as instructed. We arrived on Thursday and departed Sunday and trash never ran. Whomever cleans something was missed in the coffee maker because there were gnats inside of it. Just thought that would be something you would like to know especially whenever you’re paying someone to clean ( the rest of the house was spotless) so I’m sure they simply forgot.I’d definitely stay again.
