Welcome to the Sweet Dreams House, your luxurious duplex beach retreat in Gulf Shores. This newly renovated property offers spacious accommodations, modern amenities, and stunning Gulf views, making it the perfect destination for your dream vacation.
Situated directly across the street from the beach on West Beach Blvd, the Sweet Dreams House boasts a prime location with convenient access to Gulf Shores. Step inside and discover a haven of comfort and relaxation, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure an unforgettable stay.
On the East side of the duplex, you'll find ample space to accommodate up to 19 guests. This side features 4 bedrooms, including 1 King bed, 4 Queens, 1 Twin, and 2 Full-Over-Twin bunk beds, providing plenty of sleeping options for large families or groups. Additionally, there are 2 Queen sofa sleepers available for extra guests. With 2 living rooms and 2 full kitchens, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Each living room is equipped with flat-screen TVs, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Enjoy Gulf views from the comfort of your home away from home.
The highlight of the Sweet Dreams House is undoubtedly the large private pool and deck area. Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and cooling off with a refreshing swim. The pool features built-in seating, two ladders for easy access, and measures 16x32 feet with a depth of 3.5-5.5 feet, making it one of the nicest pools in Gulf Shores.
On the West side of the duplex, accommodations are equally inviting, with space for up to 11 guests. This side features 4 bedrooms, including 2 King beds, 1 Queen, and 1 Full-Over-Twin bunk bed, as well as a Queen sofa-sleeper. Relax in the spacious living room equipped with a 50-inch TV, or whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
Both sides of the duplex offer modern amenities such as washer and dryer units, flat-screen TVs, and covered parking. A barbecue grill is also available for outdoor cooking, and the extra-long driveway provides ample parking space for multiple vehicles.
This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.
There is public beach access to the west of the property at 13th Street and is only a 6 minute walk.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

We had a good stay ! The host responded very quickly when I emailed. But it could use some work the door up stairs didn’t lock and the remotes needed batteries replaced. But overall it was good I would stay again.

We played in a basketball tournament at Orange Beach HS and the space, Costco and distance from the school was perfect!

The pool was great. Location to beach access was missleading. Place fit all the needs that we needed.

It was big enough to accommodate our family vacation--we had 22 people in total. The pool was a hit! There are definitely some maintenance issues that need attention, like two of the three dryers getting fixed or replaced, the burners on the stove in the west side only worked on the left side, and the big umbrella for the pool area table was broken. Definitely be prepared to purchase all necessities (toiletries, dish soap or pods, papertowels, toilet paper, etc.), but they do tell you that before your arrival. Responses to texts were quick which I appreciated. Unfortunately the maintenence person didn't make it while we were there but hopefully the dryers get fixed before the next large group stays. We had five vehicles and had enough space to park, there was lots of area to sit outside even when raining, and the house was big enough to occupy all the kiddos when the weather wasn't so great. Overall I was happy with the stay, and would have given a higher rating if we didn't experience some of the maintenance issues.
