Perfect place for my family of 5 plus my brother and his family of 4. Rooms were spacious, common areas were great for all of us to hang out. Walking distance to the beach was a plus! The only issues we ran into was that there were ants coming in from the porch, but the property manager got us ant traps to put down. There were also a LOT of spiders hanging out in all the rooms. Otherwise it was clean, lots of kitchen supplies, and we loved that there was a fire out and grill. Would definitely stay here again.

We had 7 adults and 1 toddler for a week stay. I wouldn’t suggest that many people with the 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is barely equipped with the necessities and its very mismatched utensils. There were multiple lightbulbs out in the house and the fridge, I requested new ones and maintenance did replace them the next day. The screened porch was the highlight of the house. It was very quiet in the neighborhood but it is very far back. The beds and pillows were very firm. The pillow cases lacked double cases too. Several throw pillows and comforters were ripped, also requiring a report to maintenance. The grill would have been a better feature if it had gas. If you’re shorter than 6’ bring a stool to get things out of the washer. We resorted to using the grill tongs to get things out as they are on a platform made for front loaders not top loaders.
