About this house rental
We rent from Friday to Friday so you can enjoy a full weekend to start your vacation and avoid the Saturday congestion and waiting to get in late. This house is located in a Family Friendly quiet neighborhood on a corner lot with a large yard and is close to Ocean City Maryland, Fenwick Island, Bethany and Rehoboth Beach's in Delaware. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Plenty of dock space for your boat and has easy Bay access for Kayak excursions, boating, Fishing & Crabbing! Plus, It's only a short walk to the State Park Beach. Great views from the deck above the enclosed porch.

We really enjoy the area in and around Bayview Park. You are away from the crowds, yet close enough to easily drive to attractions in Ocean city, Bethany, Rehobeth, and more. The property was in a beautiful location. State Park beach access is also a plus. We were very pleased.

Beautiful location! The neighbors were really nice and hung out with us in the evening. The sunsets were incredible.
We did encounter some sand in one of the bathrooms that wasn't cleaned up. The fire alarms were over ten years old and kept going off so we had to have the owner come fix them. In addition, our check in time was moved back significantly just the day before. We were all coworkers and needed to get work done but had to change our plans last minute. Also it is NOT CLEAR on the website that linens are not available and I received a "reminder" the day of that we needed to bring them. So we had to make due with a shopping trip to get linens....the quick response of the owner was nice because he lived a few houses away and checked in often. Overall the location and housing situation was beautiful but some omission of information and change in plans threw a bit of a wrench in the weekend.
