About this house rental
Relax and unwind at our beach cottage in South Bethany Beach. Fit for a large family or group, or small getaway, the house is equipped for every need.
Inside is a spacious floor plan with an open kitchen, large dining and living areas as well as a game room with Ping Pong and Foosball tables. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths along with additional sleeping on pull-out couches available.
Outside you will find a large deck/patio multi-use space. There are several lounging chairs as well as two large tables for outdoor eating. We have a grill available as well. Along the side of the house is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day on the beach. And finally, off of the back of the house is a 25 ft. dock perfect for a boat, kayaks, etc as well as crabbing.
Summer rentals begin June 10-Sept 2 and must be reserved Saturday through Saturday.
Guests should bring their own linens as they are not included.

My family loved our stay. This is a great property and hosts. Our favorite aspects of the property are location (on the canal, not too far from beach, right in the center of South Bethany), the outdoor deck on the water, and for us -- the garage. We were able to leave the doors and top off my Bronco the entire week, because if there was a chance of rain we could pull into the garage. Easy bike ride to the beach. Not a bad walk. They even have parking passes, so we were able to drive the Bronco with all our gear and park right by the beach multiple days. Thank you to Kathie and Jon for being gracious hosts!
