Just a short drive (8 blocks, or .6 miles) to the beach, this three-story 4-bedroom (and den), 2.5-bath vacation home is located directly at a junction of two canals and offers a boat dock if you wish to bring your watercraft (a boat launch is located less than a mile from this getaway)! Fine spaces inside and out, this South Bethany getaway also boasts a screened porch (great for outdoor dining, entertaining or playing games). Great for pre-teens or teenagers, the fourth bedroom, with a half bath of its own, features its own private entrance, conveniently located next to the outside shower, and does not connect through to the rest of the home. Central air conditioning, spacious well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more.4 TVs (all flat-screens), Blu-ray, gas grill, outside shower, wood-burning fireplace, Wifi., boat dock

My husband, four children, and in-laws stayed here and all were so pleased with this home. We loved the location, having a private dock was so fun. We brought our small boat from home and were able to just jump in and go whenever we wanted. The house was clean and cozy, had such a wonderful beach house feel. Being right on the water was tranquil and beautiful. Even with the rainy weather we had, having the screened in porch allowed us to still enjoy being together and outside. The house was the most well stocked kitchen I’ve encountered in any of our rental stays. The house was clean, inviting, and all around a real gem. We already can’t wait to book more trips to stay here next year! Thank you for the hospitality and truly fantastic, relaxing vacation!

The home was great! It was beautiful & well-stocked, with comfy beds, a great layout, & an excellent location.
The experience with Vacasa, the property management was mediocre, but everything else was good. We enjoyed our stay.

This beautifully landscaped, well appointed airy 3 bedroom (plus extra pullout sleeping sofas) on a corner lot on the canal was ideal for our family vacation of 6. Our toddler could be put to sleep upstairs while adults gathered in the spacious open downstairs. The common space was well designed for conversation and there are several big screen tvs. The nautical theme and furnishings throughout were modern and clean, and we loved having a screened porch with eating area, and beautiful sunroom for added space. The outdoor deck with Adirondack style chairs overlooking the canal allowed for afternoon relaxation in the shade. Living on W. 9th was ideal for evening and morning strolls to visit the local egrets and other birds in the adjacent marsh, and watching for kayakers and paddle boarders.
