Four bedrooms, 3.1 baths with all of the amenities including a patio by the boat dock, 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, cable, and wifi. Short drive to the beach (South Bethany Parking Permits Available.) 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Twins & Queen Sleepsofa in the Den. No Smoking, No Pets. Occupancy 10.

The rental property was very nice. It had everything that was advertised. It was spacious and had enough room for three generations. The only complaint I would make is with the cleaning. Some furniture was dusty and the coffee pot was left filthy and full of grounds. Some rooms could use an update on painting. Overall, we were satisfied and would recommend the rental property.
