Beautifully well-appointed 5 BR 2 BA ocean-side cottage in Middlesex Beach, a private beach community located between Sea Colony and South Bethany. Just two homes from the ocean, roll out of bed and enjoy carefree days at the private beach and quiet cul-de-sac. Offering a comfortable home for up to 10 guests with central air conditioning, TV and wifi, the upper level of the home features an open living room, dining area and well-equipped updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertop in addition to 3 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other two with 2 twin beds each) and a full bathroom. The home's ground floor level offers an additional TV/sitting room, 2 additional bedrooms (a queen bed in one and a bunk bed with a twin bed over full bed in the other), a full bathroom with 60 inch shower, and a laundry room. An outdoor shower offers relaxing clean-up after a day at the beach.

Easy from start to finish. So close to the beach, just a 2 minute walk to reach the waves. Multi-generational stay and there was plenty of space for everyone. We all enjoyed our time. Thank you!

Very good location! It was close to a private beach with lifeguards most of the day. So much to do so close by. The house was very nice and fit all 8 of us comfortably. We would’ve liked to have locks on all bedroom doors, but other than that, the house was great.

This was a perfect location for our family (10 of us, ages, 3-70). Its convenient location near the private beach, made our beach days very pleasant. The house and deck are both large, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The large kitchen made simple meal prep easy. The lower level apartment like setup was perfect for our daughter’s family of five, giving them their own private space. The outdoor shower was a big plus. We all throughly enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again in the future.
