For a greater variety of eateries visit the beautiful village of Betws y Coed, which has numerous attractions and a distinctly Alpine feel, enhanced by the dense Gwydir Forest and mountain backdrop. The site is well-positioned to visit a variety of amazing attractions around North Wales including the Forest Coaster and Zip World, Go Below Underground Adventures, Surf Snowdonia, and the fantastic Highland Railway. Walking and hiking in the Snowdonia National Park is a must with some of the most scenic routes in the whole of the UK. What’s more, the North Wales Coast can easily be explored by car with the beaches of Llyn Peninsula, Anglesey, and Conwy all within an hour’s drive. However, despite the multitude of activities and attractions on offer you may want to put up shop and simply relax and unwind in this relaxing, hillside cabin. Listen to the chirrups of woodland birds singing in the trees while Red Kites and Buzzards soar overhead, and a charming collection of farm animals amble lazily around the fields. Liked be away from everything and the peace and quiet. Might have been useful to know exactly what cooking facilities where available. As you are 30 minutes away from a supermarket we had brought some food with us but maybe wasn't the best things for cooking on a barbecue.

We stayed there for 3/4 days in September.Whilst getting to the location was at times a bit tight on some of the roads, we absolutely loved the location once we were there, the views from the veranda was absolutely breathtaking! The indoor accommodation was comfy and basic. The hot tub was a great touch, and was already warming when we got to the cabin. The one thing we would suggest is possibly some instructions of which buttons to press to sort the heat adn bubbles of the hot tub for the following day.We would have also benefitted from some instructions of how the indoor heating systems worked as on the last night we were absolutely freezing!
