The farm setting is beautiful and relaxing. The views are stunning. The unit was nice and clean, with everything you need for a self catered stay. There are animals in the paddock to pat. The front balcony has incredible views of the grounds and mountains opposite. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The reception has some grocery supplies.

Beautiful Farm Stay in Northern Wales

This farm stay was fabulous. The location was perfect, and the local pub was just a few minutes' drive away. The surrounding area was perfect, very quiet and peaceful. It is only about 5 miles from Caernarfon and ideal for visiting other towns and attractions. The Manager, Darren, was very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we had.

The only minor negative was that the cottage was a little small for our needs. We had too much luggage and a bigger cottage would have served us better.

Perfect location with stunning views. The accommodation was lovely, clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed. Well stocked kitchen with all utensils you could need. Parking space was also provided.

Relaxing and peaceful stay.

Beautiful peaceful location, with amazing views and friendly welcoming staff. Ty Bach is so warm and cosy, central heating, exceptionally clean and well equipped for our stay. Comfortable bed and lovely clean modern shower and bathroom. What more can i say... Fantastic views of the mountains on one side and Donkeys and Llamas on the other! Fabulous. Will definitely visit again.

Not a criticism but something to be aware of. Ty Bach is located on a farm down a narrow lane. Passing places are available.

Peace and tranquillity with days full of adventure

The Mountain View were amazing and the location was perfect. Only 10 minutes drive to the Rangers path car park which made it perfect for our night time snowdon hike. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. If you’re looking for peace and tranquillity with a bit of adventure in the day, then this is the camp site for you. We will definitely be back.

A hidden gem

Ty Bach was such an amazing place great accommodation to stay as a couple, had all you needed and more for a week away. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the farm walk was stunning and got to hear a Cuckoo. A hidden gem of North Wales but tell everyone as I want to book again, we are looking for dates for next year already.

It is a lovely charming apartment located at a very convenient location with easy access to attractions like Snowdon and Beddgelert. It is clean and everything is just right. Love the stunning Mountain view and the cute sheep as neighbours.

Pleasant but not as peaceful as I had planned.

The property itself had everything that was needed. It was warm, clean and comfortable.

It was difficult to find, I didn’t appreciate it was a property that was part of the camp site until I tried to call the number to find the property. As I didn’t appreciate it was part of the camp site, I wasn’t prepared for quite as many people / children running around. It wasn’t as private as I would have liked (connected to the shop/reception next door) which had heavy traffic at times.

This place is clean and a good size. I was so pleased when we arrived to see our view from the balcony, it's stunning. Can't rate this camp site enough, it's very well kept. There's donkeys to feed too! We will go back even though it's a 6hour drive for us, it's worth it.

Stunning views in a beautiful location. We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay in Ty Bach. The lodge was well equipped with crockery, pans, cutlery, etc. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always available to help. We would love to return to this site. 😍

Good property in an excellent location.

Location excellent very peaceful with amazing views, property facilities both good and very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Would have been helpful to have instructions on how appliances work I.e. Dishwasher. Site signage could be better as lane to the site location is very long and narrow with only a few passing places. Would be good if you were made aware of this in the online booking process.

Wonderful place to stay in September

We loved the quiet, but we were there after school had resumed and know it is a popular family vacation location. Staff were helpful and the coin laundry was appreciated.

the property was a great location. beautiful views.

the property was fantastic. although it thought we’d be able to pay for bedding but when I message just before we stayed I got told they don’t supply bedding. and I messaged to find out the charge for our dog and didn’t get a reply back till after we stayed it actually took us almost 2 weeks to get a price by that time we’d already stayed. we also offered to pay for room 3 times on our stay and each time got told payment had been taken so took it we’d payed on booking. we then found out we hadn’t but contact between the hotel and us was long winded both parties busy I asked them to send me their bank details and sent money over to then today receive a message threatening to take me to small claims court even though Iv already paid and they claimed I’d payed under a different name I have to send a screenshot of proof that I’d paid and used my own name. the person I spoke to first of all blamed booking.com. then blamed me saying I hadn’t used my name when paying when in actual fact I had paid back in July. the venue is fantastic but staff need some training. would have 100% stayed again if it wasn’t for the Issues with staff.

Wonderful place to stay while exploring Snowdonia and the coast

Quiet and peaceful (despite being on a campsite); excellent location for accessing Snowdonia and the coast; well appointed and well thought through (the accommodation is not large but the space is very well structured and everything you need for a self catered holiday is provided); very friendly and helpful hosts; great views from the balcony; dog-friendly. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The bed is quite small for a double; the WiFi was sometimes unreliable; a dog-proof fence round the front of the property would be a huge improvement in making it possible to leave the door open without worrying about Fido disappearing.

Wonderful stay on my photography trip

Friendly owner Len showed me around and made me feel very comfortable. There was an issue with the heating, but that was sorted out straight away. The cottage that I was staying was very cozy and had everything I needed for my stay, free wi fi, cooker, shower, even dishwasher. There was a little balcony where you could enjoy your breakfast or a nice evening. I travelled here to do some photography, so the location was perfect as it is so close to the main parts of Snowdonia. Will definitely recommend to anyone going to North Wales and I for sure will be back :)

Great Break
