Charming little cottage in a great location, close to mountains and coastline.

Great fireplace, lovely garden and parking space for 1 car.

The cottage has everything you need, but a few little extras like kitchen roll and some milk on arrival would be nice touches. Also be prepared for steep steps up to the bed, they are not ideal if you have mobility issues or for our four-legged friends

Lovely cottage, treacherous stairs!

Beautiful cottage, well looked after and left clean and tidy. The gate on the drive was nice making the garden somewhat secure for the dog who came with us.

The stairs are very steep and very weird with only alternate half steps (see picture) As a result, I fell down the stairs! I am young fit and mobile so would not advise this property for anyone with any mobility or balance issues at all. Pets also are allowed but not on the furniture. If you have a dog used to being on the sofa or bed maybe this isn't the spot for you.

A pretty warm and cosy cottage, however….

Unfortunately we had not appreciated that the property was dog friendly. Alas there was a strong aroma of doggy! We purchased a few air fresheners to sort that out, so no worries. However, we were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the property including the sofa throws, carpets and soft furnishings. There were obvious signs of dog hairs and is was difficult to see that the cottage had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. We could see cobwebs and dust in various areas of the cottage. There were signs of stains on the picture above the cooker. We did not use the oven it was not clean. The decoration was looking tired, with evidence of dog claw damage. The front door lock would not open occasionally due to sticking mechanism. The glass panel in the door has failed which is not very attractive or practical. The stairs to the mezzanine bedroom are very steep and would benefit from a larger panel of anti slip material on each of the treads. On balance we enjoyed our stay but we would suggest that the cottage would benefit from some new decoration and upgrades. If the property is currently cleaned by an independent cleaner then they need to be advised that the standards of cleanliness are poor and should be improved for future guests. With more care and refurbishment it could be a gem of a property.

What a fabulous place. Loved the annex bastion above the lounge. The projector set up was a nice touch and the shower / bath were excellent. Great location central for us for Zip world and Pen-Y-Pass for heading up Snowdon.

Snowdon weekend

Lovely cottage, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful large log burner, comfy bed and great view from the window, private driveway and absolutely fabulous projector to watch movies by the fire! ☺️ Great location close to the coast, castle and Snowdon !!!

Very steep stairs to bedroom on the mezzanine. Our dog couldn't use them, it was a bit scary to walk down the stairs in the middle of the night to use toilet. Ended up sleeping on the sofa for two of three nights.

Amazing property and a perfect holiday!

The property was amazing and the owners have thought of everything and extremely well equipped. It was in a beautiful location. Very comfortable and clean. The owners were extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions asked. Highly recommend and will be definitely visiting again. Thank you so much

The shower head was a little low but that was very insignificant in the grand scheme of things and mentioned in the cottage booklet.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our short stay and already can't wait to come again. There was a brief issue with hot water but the hosts were amazing and sorted it out within the hour! This home is a beautifully furnished, cosy cottage and the perfect size for us and our sausage dog. We also loved the bath and shower, coffee maker, projector for films, and cosy sofa! Thanks so much, we'll be back!

Lovely clean, cosy property. Loved the log fire and the projector screen. The coffee machine was a nice treat too :-) Bed lovely and comfy - a wonderful stay!
