Great base for a north wales avdenture.

Fitted us perfectly. Furnished very homely. Clean, spacious and modern. Kitchen contained more than enough crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment of a good quality. Pleasant and very helpful host.

Lovely house

The photos of the house are completely accurate. It's a warm & cosy house, with excellent kitchen & bathrooms. I have stayed all over the area over many years & I have never had such good TV reception 😂😔 We stayed in February. The weather was cold & wet but the house was toasty & warm

Memorable stay

The property was just fantastic. It was beautiful, very spacious and so clean. The host Aled, was very helpful and welcoming. He was flexible with our arrival and leaving time. We were very lucky to have snow during our stay there which makes it more magical. The white mountainous view from the bedroom window was breathtaking. Already thinking of booking the place again for our summer holidays.

A fab stay.

Initially, we had wanted to stay on the Isle of Anglesey but really struggled to find somewhere suitable for two adults, two children (aged 8 and 10) and my elderly parents that wasn't way out of our price range. Luckily, I found Rhoslan which was only 10 minutes from the Menai Bridge thst takes you to Anglesey as well as only being a short drive from Caernarfon. The farmhouse was very spacious and comfortable. All the rooms were a good size and the walk in showers were very roomy. Everything was provided that we needed and the owner kindly left little extras like Welsh cakes and crisps. Check in and check out was simple and easy and it was great that we had two sets of keys as we were away with my parents and we both wanted to do our own thing sometimes. Unfortunately we were unable to use the outside seating area due to the weather but when dry, this would be very nice.

Great place to stay as a family of five we all had a great relaxing time.

Rhoslan was nice home to home lovely spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms, great views from all bedrooms kitchen was available and had everything that was needed. Beds comfortable. Owners were at hand to help and were very helpful.

Fabulous property, excellent location, scenic views, warm and friendly hosts.

The hosts/owners of the property were a lovely couple; they came to meet us at the property when we arrived and also when we left. The house is beautifully decorated with tasteful glamour, especially the bedrooms. It also has two immaculate bathrooms, and there is a WC downstairs as well. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and fine quality cutlery and crockery if you decide to lay it all out for a memorable meal or a great afternoon tea party. The house has a private outdoor sitting area in front of the dining room and ample parking space at the front and side. The owners provided us with a complimentary meal and snacks basket, which was a lovely touch. Snowdon Mountain and the tourist attractions such as Snowdon Mountain Railway Station are just a short drive away. We only stayed for two nights with our three children (two opinionated teenagers) and they also loved the place; we would have liked to stay there much longer. If we return to North Wales we intend on staying in this lovely place again.

Aled and Maresa were great hosts, really welcoming and helpful. The place was clean, tidy, and well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of parking and a great base for exploring Eryri/Snowdonia. Would happily stay again!

Lovely quiet location, close to the llanberis path for Snowdon and lovely house. Very friendly and welcoming staff, easy to contact throughout the stay.

Home away from home with a stunning view of Snowdon

The property was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. The view of Snowdon was absolutely wonderful, making our stay even more special. A big thank you to our wonderful host for being kind, easily accessible, and quick to resolve any hiccups during our stay.

Excellent property, in excellent location with excellent host.

Excellent property in excellent location. Property is in superb location if visiting Snowdon, just 10 minutes away. And Isle of Anglessey is just 15 minutes away. Excellent host (Aled), very responsive and lives on site in adjacent house. Only point to note, there are 2 bathrooms, both are family bathrooms, neither is en suite (I had incorrectly assumed one would be en suite). But having 2 bathrooms is fantastic if coming with a large family. The 3 bedrooms easily accommodate 6 people.

The property felt very homely and comfortable, it was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious and having two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet was great. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The views of the mountains was very nice and it was quiet

Luxurious stay in the Welsh countryside.

Stylish, spacious, very comfortable house, renovated to a high standard. The house has all the amenities you might need during a holiday. While not in the village, most places of interest are within 15 minutes of drive. The hosts are extremely nice and accommodating.

The house is right next to an animal feed warehouse and store, so cars come and go during working hours all day.

This is wonderful accommodation. It is a spacious three bedroom house and it is beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and has ever convenience you could need for a short or long stay. The location is very good if you want to explore this part of Wales. We spent six lovely days staying here and interspersed hikes with exploring the Caernarfon Township. The hosts made the stay special by ensuing there were essential supplies available on our arrival i.e. coffee, tea, milk and a simple meal supply. It is suitable for families, is a quiet spacious get away for couples and could be a great base for a group of old friends wanting a country holiday

Fantastic family stay

Aled & Maresa could not have been better hosts; they were incredibly friendly and always on hand with tips and recommendations in the area. The house is fantastic, great decoration, well equipped and very clean. It’s also in a great location for exploring the local area in east reach of lots of main attractions. I stayed with my husband and our two young children, along with my parents. The layout of the house allows you to spend time together but also be separate when you need it with 3 excellent sized bedrooms and two family bathrooms as well as a downstairs toilet. It was perfect for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and I’m sure we will be back!

Great family break in an outstanding place

We had an idea of what the house could look like from the pictures we saw before booking, but it clearly exceeded our expectations. The house is massive and on top of that, everthing is spotless. Here, you will find everything you need for a perfect stay. The hosts are very attentive and helpful and make you feel at home from the very first moment. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

By far the best ‘home’ rental we have ever had the pleasure to stay in.

Everything was perfect! The cottage is gorgeous, decor is bold and beautiful. Very spacious, high quality and incredible comfortable. The owners are super friendly and more than accommodating; everything we needed (& more) was provided. Location is easy to find, yet nicely secluded and peaceful.
