About this bed and breakfast
This charming guesthouse is located idyllically and quietly directly on the sea, approximately 2.5 kilometres north of the old town of Rovinj in Istria. The property features seven tastefully furnished guest rooms and an attached restaurant – ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and Mediterranean flair.
Right in front of the house, a clean rocky beach invites refreshing bathing in the clear sea, while a well-maintained pebble beach with shady spots is located just 100 metres away. A supermarket and another restaurant are conveniently within walking distance.
On the second floor, there are four modern south-facing rooms with a balcony and impressive sea view, as well as three additional rooms with a spacious terrace and a view of the adjacent forest. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV, WiFi, a refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a shower.
The offered double room offers approximately 18 m² of living space and is ideal for two people. It features a cosy double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror, desk and a private south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the sea and the old town of Rovinj. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
A rich breakfast is served daily on the garden terrace, and a breakfast room is available in cool weather. Guests have access to eight free private parking spaces, an outdoor shower, and shady seating areas in the garden. A small pet up to 10 kg is allowed.
