This charming guest room is located in an idyllic estate directly by the sea, approximately 2.5 km north of the old town of Rovinj. The room accommodates up to three people and is equipped with a double bed, an auxiliary bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, desk, table with chairs, LCD-SAT-TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, and free Wi-Fi. From the furnished south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. The modern bathroom with shower is en suite, and a shared refrigerator is available on the floor.
The estate features a well-maintained garden and a garden terrace where breakfast can be served (optional, additional charge). Private parking spaces are available directly at the house. A small pet up to 10 kg is welcome for an additional fee.
