This charming guesthouse is located idyllically and quietly directly on the sea, approximately 2.5 kilometres north of the old town of Rovinj in Istria. The property with seven stylish guest rooms and its own restaurant offers the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort and Mediterranean flair.
The next rocky beach is located directly in front of the house - ideal for a refreshing swim in crystal-clear water. Just 100 metres further, a well-maintained gravel beach with shady spots invites you to sunbathe. A supermarket and another restaurant are conveniently within walking distance.
The house has several modern rooms for two persons, equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, refrigerator and private bathroom with shower. The rooms without sea view offer access to a spacious communal terrace with seating areas, sun loungers and parasol - perfect for enjoying mild evenings in a tranquil atmosphere.
Every morning, a rich breakfast is served on the garden terrace, and a breakfast room is also available if needed. Guests have access to free private parking spaces, an outdoor shower, and shady spots in the garden. A small pet up to 10 kg is welcome.
