Vast and beautiful villa situated in Altea la Vella, on the Costa Blanca, renovated in 2018 and 2019. Villa Esmeralda has panoramic views towards the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Sierra de Bernia Mountains on the opposite side. The large plot of 1500 m2 includes an amazing private pool, a large garden, a barbecue area and a broad private parking with a capacity of 5 cars or more.
The villa is composed of two independent houses . House 1 has a capacity of 6 adults and is composed of 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. House 2 has a capacity of 4 adults and is composed of 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom. A folding bed can be added to each house if required. Each house has an open-air terrace with views over the garden, the swimming pool, the sea and the mountains. The two houses share the garden, the parking, the barbecue area and the swimming pool area.
The villa is close (about 2,5 km) to Altea la Vella supermarket, shops, restaurants and bank and to the E15 Alicante-Valencia motorway.
Reaching Altea la Vella (directly connected to the motorway):
- 45 minutes drive from the Alicante Airport
- 1h20 drive from the Valencia Airport
