About this house rental
Traditional townhouse totally refurbished with salt water pool (12 mts x 3 mts), garden, terraces and BBQ. International TV, Wifi, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Air conditioning and Heather in all the rooms, fireplace, well equipped kitchen, 100% cotton towels and linens, baby chair and bed under petition. Lemon and mandarins threes in the garden to enjoy. Parking in the street. Free weekly cleaning for stays of 10 nights or more.
Only 20 minutes driving to the best sandy beaches in Mallorca and few steps walking to the center of Llubi, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, fresh fish shop, bakery and the weekly market. Just 30 minutes driving to Palma and the airport.

Enjoyed a lovely stay here over Christmas - lots of space for the children to play indoors (a very wet week). The house was well equipped - everything we needed for cooking & heating kept the property comfortable. Our Host was very helpful, knowledgable & easy to contact. The location of the property is excellent - various supermarkets & restaurants within easy walking distance. Also, easy access to beaches (20 mins) & city (30 mins) by car, but public transport is also excellent in Llubi.I would highly recommend this villa for families. I would happily stay there again.

The whole process was excellent - great communication before and during our stay. The house is very well decorated, with a lovely simple feel. Plenty of outside space for six adults. The saltwater pool was much better than a usual chlorine pool (but be aware no shallow end for young children..) We enjoyed the local town (including a festival) but roads great to get to nearby towns and other parts of the island. It was the perfect house and location for a perfect holiday!

House equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable beds. The village is quiet and has small supermarket, bakery, a couple of groumet restaurants,... all 3 to 10 min walk. It is an ideal plan to escape the mass tourism of the coast of Mallorca. Necessary a car to move around the island. The house has no parking and depending on the time it is difficult to find a place nearby. Noemí is hostess of 10.

This was an exceptional holiday home. Great correspondence from Noemi, before and during our stay, checking we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and faultless with a well equipped kitchen, it was a home away from home for us. The house being in a great central location enabled us to drive to different parts of the island every day and see a lot of Majorca.
